Speaking today at the Automobility conference in Los Angeles, Porsche’s North American president and CEO, Klaus Zellmer, touched on the popularity of iPhone and Android among Porsche owners. Zellmer also explained how those statistics affect development of Porsche features. The executive explained that among Porsche owners in the United States, 91% use an Apple device. Pebble has announced that v1.14 of the smart watch firmware introduces a do-not-disturb feature, to block all notifications for a set period of time, together with improvements to both notifications and alarms. The new firmware also includes a number of bug-fixes. Pebble was last updated last month to allow it to reliably receive all notifications from iOS 7 devices. Apple updated its Bluetooth APIs back in June to provide full Notification Center access via Bluetooth....

Pokemon Sword & Shield will be receiving free updates that will bring back over two hundred Pokemon that didn’t make it into the base game, and Game Freak has already revealed some of the classic Pokemon that will be returning. Nintendo recently announced a new Pokemon Direct, which revealed that Pokemon Sword & Shield would be receiving paid DLC updates, in the form of an Expansion Pass. When Apple unveiled the Touch ID API during its WWDC keynote earlier this week, users and developers alike immediately started considering possible uses.
