Phone Lock Screen Viewing It May Require A Warrant

The FBI broke the law when it switched on a suspect’s phone to look at his lock screen without a warrant, ruled a judge. It said that gathering evidence from a lock screen constitutes a search, and doing this without a warrant violates the 4th Amendment, which prohibits unreasonable search and seizure … The ruling was made by judge John Coughenour in a district court in Seattle. Judge Coughenour ruled that the police were within their rights to look at the lock screen at the time of Sam’s arrest, as there are circumstances in which a search can be made at the time of an arrest without a warrant....

Photoshopping Of Famous Art Venus

Let’s be honest. Most of the subjects of paintings portraying feminine pulchritude are plenty porky. It’s not the women’s fault. Such thoughts have led Italy’s Anna Utopia Giordano — herself a model, blogger, and Photoshop artist — to reveal in her online exhibit, Venus Impressive, what the classics nudes would have looked like if their creators had access to the brushes of Adobe....

Now, back at SXSW, Pet Sematary debuted as the closing night film. Since it was co-director’s Kevin Kolsch birthday, the whole crowd sang “Happy Birthday” to him to help celebrate....

Pgp Alternatives For Email Encryption

“We don’t recommend sending PGP encrypted articles as we frequently have problems with people using the wrong keys and/or an incompatible version. If it doesn’t work right away, we discard it and move on to the next submission.” Well, that was no problem for me. As a productive tech journalist, I email my work to editors at least a few times per week, and those emails are never encrypted. I encrypt an email maybe… once a year?...

Pok Mon Detective Pikachu Movie Review

Detective Pikachu is wholesome, silly fun, with solid world-building and stunning CGI Pokémon that are complemented well enough by its story. The latest video game adaptation is Pokémon Detective Pikachu, the first live-action adaptation of the Pokémon franchise. Though it’s specifically based on the 2016 game, Detective Pikachu, the movie is rooted in the franchise that kicked off and rose to popularity in the mid-90s....

More than 50% of Watch owners said that they were exercising more and were making better health choices, with around 40% reporting weight loss....
